'Bread Roll Recipe | Stuffed Potato | Indian Food Recipes | Easy Cooking At Home INGREDIENTS • 8 slices bread • 4 boiled potatoes • 50 grams of boiled green peas • 3 finely chopped green chillies • 1 inch grated piece of ginger • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder • 1 teaspoon of coriander-cumin powder • 1 teaspoon of powdered hot spices • 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder • 1 teaspoon of dry mango podwer • 1 bowl of green coriander • Salt as per taste • Oil METHOD • To start with put some oil in a pan. Add green chilles and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Mash potatoes with your fingers and add in the pan. Further mash with the spatula after adding all the potatoes . Add green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander-cumin powder, powdered hot spices, cumin powder, dry mando powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well .Once the stuffing is ready let it cool down. • Next dip bread in water And squeeze out the excess water from it. Put stuffing in it and fold the bread from the corners. Prepare rolls similarly of the remaining slices. Bread rolls are ready to fry. Fry untill it turns golden brown.
